About the event
Interested in getting a research opportunity but don't know where to get started? Come to Road to Research! This event will be a 2-hour event covering topics such as UofT/Toronto research opportunities, tips on landing a research position, how to “cold” email, and the research application process from both the professor and the student perspectives. At the end, we'll be sharing a link to a 12-page document we've compiled on research opportunities in Toronto & abroad, research funding/grants, and research case competitions! While most of these opportunities are not currently active, they should be opening up in the coming months!
So come join us on Monday October 16 from 5-7PM to get exclusive insights on securing research opportunities, lists of research opportunities, and a chance to speak with undergraduate research students! The Princeton Review will also be present for a short presentation followed by a free textbook raffle!
